These things arent for quitting. i dont know why everyone says they are. you can quit from them since you can reduce nicotine slowly as you go. The reason for these really is because its safer than a cigarette but you get the same feeling of one, except much much cleaner, and people dont bitch and moan about the smell.

These early generation e-cigs aren’t that great.. the market has evolved into manual switch e-cigs… just google up “hybrid electronic cigarette” to find out what I’m talking about.

To have the knowledge about electronic cigarette is an advantage. It’s not as harmful as the regular cigarettes and yet you will feel the same feeling like you’re puffing on the real thing. I hope more and more studies will be made and shown for the sake of those people who thinks that it is as bad as the regular tobacco.
