Battery last a full day for the average smoker? How many 5 second inhales will the battery support as “average” smoking is subjective.
Hello UBRocked, We warranty our kits (batteries & charger for 3 months). Atomizers are guaranteed for one month.
I don’t have the exact number of “inhales” on the battery but I use mine very regularly and I use between one and two charges per day. The extra battery does come in handy when I’m using the ecigarette heavily.

do u have any advice on filling blank a cart to get the same amount of vapor as the prefilled?
I don’t believe electronic cigarettes violate the “no smoking” in the subway rules. I have used my ecigarette in the subway many times. On at least one occasion, I was stopped by a police officer. When I showed him what it was, he said it was no problem.
